  • English Will Fragment into Separate Dialects

    Here’s an arti­cle from Britain’s Tele­graph that rein­forces the idea the Eng­lish lan­guage is frag­ment­ing into sep­a­rate dialects. New forms of Eng­lish are aris­ing that do not sound like tra­di­tional Eng­lish. This is known as “dia­glos­sia.”  The arti­cle gives some exam­ples of what these new forms of Eng­lish sound like.
